Teresa Caldwell is an elementary instructional coach with an upper elementary teaching background. She is passionate about supporting teachers and in turn, impacting student learning. Teaching is her first love, and she loves every opportunity to connect with students. She has two beautiful children with her husband, Jack: Isabella (7) and Grady (4). She loves living on the coast of Georgia and enjoys reading, cooking, and camping.

Participants will learn tips for successfully implementing bug-in-ear coaching during instruction, explore the benefits for both teachers and instructional coaches, and hear from a seasoned coach who has used this strategy with elementary school teachers. Teacher feedback will be shared to show how this strategy impacts lesson delivery and confidence.
