SESSION
Easy Literacy Differentiation to Reach All Learners
This session is for coaches, teachers, and educators who want an easy tool to create differentiated reading passages that provides opportunities to build collaboration and community while also checking for understanding of vocabulary and comprehension to engage and reach all students from grade 2 and up.
This tool can generate summaries, vocabulary terms, comprehension questions, and discussion questions. There are three main features of this tool: generate a reading passage, utilize an article or video, and text excerpts or PDF uploads. No matter which feature is selected, educators can choose the grade level and language output.
This session is for you if you want ideas on how to provide disciplinary literacy in content areas, increase engagement in class with discussions, increase collaborative structures to build classroom community, increase literacy opportunities for all learners, including but not limited to multilingual learners, neurodivergent learners, at/above grade level benchmarks, striving learners reaching towards grade level benchmarks, students with accommodations.
