5 Mistakes New Coaches Make
Wouldn’t it be great if you could catch yourself before you make a mistake in your new role as a coach? Allison will walk you through 5 common mistakes that new Instructional Coaches (and Tech Coaches, Literacy Coaches, and Math Coaches, etc!) make when they first transition from the classroom to coaching. She will share with you each mistake and why coaches commonly make them. Then, she will provide you the important steps to avoid making these mistakes yourself so you can start your first year as a confident and prepared new coach!
